Our General Terms and Conditions have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 59 13 77 11.

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded by Antoon Basics BV, unless expressly rejected in writing. These terms and conditions take precedence over the (purchase) terms and conditions of the customer, even if Antoon Basics BV has not expressly rejected them. . All other terms and conditions are only enforceable against Antoon Basics BV after explicit acceptance.

2. Only the Dutch version of the general terms and conditions is legally binding. All other versions are provided for information only. Dutch law applies to all agreements concluded by Antoon.

3. The sale of goods by Antoon Basics BV has no consequences with regard to the intellectual and industrial property rights of Antoon Basics BV

4. The ownership rights to the sold goods are only transferred by Antoon Basics BV to the customer after payment of the full purchase price.

5. Orders via the webshop must be paid immediately with one of our payment systems.

6. Complaints/complaints about the delivery must be submitted in writing within 8 days via webshop@antoonbasics.com

7. Nothing from the site www.antoonbasics.com may be copied, duplicated, distributed, changed, taken over or in any way whatsoever without first obtaining permission from the owner of this website.

8. All prices are in euros, including VAT. Delivery costs within the Netherlands are € 4,95, with an order from € 59,95 you do not pay any delivery costs. The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 8,95 per order, from € 99,95 we ship your order free of charge.

Antoon Basics BV is not liable in case of force majeure. Force majeure is in any case understood to mean serious operational failures at our suppliers and transport problems. Everything listed on the Antoon webshop is in stock unless stated otherwise.

Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. You must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The item that has been returned will be refunded. We cannot settle the old order with the new order.

We try to present the colors of the displayed articles as accurately as possible. However, because the color setting and options of your screen, the light, and the type of screen may differ, we cannot guarantee the color 100%. We are not liable for printing and/or typing errors, as a result of which an incorrect price has been displayed unintentionally. Antoon Basics BV will adjust the price as soon as possible. Price changes reserved. We are not liable for incorrect use such as washing too hot, putting it in the dryer, washing with jeans, etc. The articles contain washing labels. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange, you must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The item that has been returned will be refunded. We cannot settle the old order with the new order.

Antoon Basics BV respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this information with your permission. Antoon Basics BV will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties that are involved in processing your order. Antoon Basics BV uses the collected data to provide its customers with the following services:

• If you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details to process your order and to keep you informed of its progress.

• In order to make shopping at Antoon as pleasant as possible, we store with your permission your personal information and the details regarding your order and the use of our services. This allows us to personalize the webshop.

• We use your e-mail address to inform you about the development of the website and about special offers and promotions. If you no longer appreciate this, you can unsubscribe.

• If you place an order with Antoon, we store your data on a Secure Server. You can enter a username and password so that you do not have to enter your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details with every new order.

• Data about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.

• Antoon does not sell your data.

• Antoon will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties that are involved in processing your order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

After receipt of the ordered product, Antoon applies a legal trial period of 14 working days. Within these 14 working days you can view and/or try on the items and return them without giving any reason. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes a fact. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange, you must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The item that has been returned will be refunded. We cannot settle the old order with the new order.

• Articles are returned at the customer's expense, unless Antoon has delivered incorrectly or if there is a defect

• The trial period of 14 days has not yet expired.

• The article is clean, complete and undamaged.

• All labels and cards are still attached to the item.

• The item has not been used (trying on clothes is not considered use).

• The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged and without writing.

• Clearly state the address of Antoon Webshop on the envelope/box.

• The return shipment is properly packaged so that items cannot be damaged during transport.

Webshop orders can unfortunately not be returned in our shops. Report your return in our returns portal

1. Always enclose the packing slip with the return reason code clearly noted on it. Do not forget this; otherwise we do not know who the returned items come from and can therefore not process them. If you no longer have this receipt, please include a letter with your name and address details, order number, telephone number and account number in the box.

2. Always return the product prepaid, unpaid returns will not be delivered to us by post.

3. The costs of postage for the return shipment are for your own account.

4. If products are not delivered in accordance with the original order (wrong size, manufacturing defect), the return costs will be borne by Antoon. These will be refunded to your bank account afterwards. These must therefore always be paid in advance.

5. Keep the receipt safe. It can be useful in tracking the package. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange, you must place a new order and complete the order procedure. The item that has been returned will be refunded. We cannot settle the old order with the new order.

When you visit our website, we may automatically store some information on your computer in the form of a cookie to automatically recognize you on your next visit. Cookies help to better tailor the content of our website to your needs or to store your password or code in such a way that you do not have to re-enter it every time.
